Tired

To much noise at the property. I coudn’t sleep for 2days proper. They didn’t answer me in the phone. The man from reception didn’t help me when I reached in the hostel with suitcaise and he said that this is not his work.to much stairs. 4 levels and they don’t have lift.

Hi, I would like to say that your Break fast was horrible.

Hi, I would like to say that your Break fast was horrible. It's better you stop break fast service immediately. I can't stand that break fast. It's like having break fast in a third world country . Very Very bad.

Accommodation was good, A/C was excellent. The best part was the roof top sitting area,thump up for that.

Excellent location, well maintained shared bathrooms, good value for money, nice and helpful staff!

A bit dirty, room has no window, main door lock not working - hipothetically all people from the outside could enter corridor.

It was good. Room was ok.

Location was fantastic.

The stairs. If we didn't have big suitcases it would be fine but carrying big suitcases plus carry on luggages were not the best when you had to carry it on 6 flight of staircase then on another 3 flight of staircases to get to our room.

Good bed, unfriendly staff system and service.

The room as usual very clean, confortable and perfect to have a pleasant sleep. Restroom need some maintenance but is always clean and ready to use. Value for money!

Auto checkin is anoying, confusing and some people don't understand what to do (many even dont sepak english). Yes you can get support available calling a singaporean number. Really? when you arrive from other country? You must be kidding. Pitty because this hostel was wonderful years ago and the staff 24hours was one of the best values.

Convenient location and the beds were really comfortable.

Convenient location and the beds were really comfortable. Not sure if the undershirt had been changed from previous guest. Looked dirty !!!!Showers were good hot and cold.overall for value for money very good.

Some of the staff extremely noisy with there iPhones listening to nonsense . So loud while guests having breakfast.

Our stay is good and cool and we are fortunate to have a room to ourselves coz we have the privacy.

We have free light breakfast and that was awesome coz I thought we don't have one. the property is located strategically and is very easy access to everywhere. It's also fun to stay there since it made me feel at home and in singapore for real.

I don't have a particular distates but water pressure should be a little bit strong and I pitty those who stayed in the beds near the main entrance coz sometimes people are so noisy. but all in all it's worth the money.

Great value for money. The hostel is located opposite the 7-Eleven store. Complimentary breakfasts were good. The showers were clean. Good location, lots of food options in neighbourhood.

Clean place, good location.

Nice location, wifi and wifi, simple breakfast. Clean toilet but a bit dark.

The customized upper bunk is too near the ceiling. I can't touch the ceiling easily. It's very difficult to climb up the stairs. Locker is small. Difficult to find the place with only a black signboard. The bed is cheap foam, mine is already flattened in the middle.
